Description: Double Stack Container Train rail transport is a form of inter-modal freight transport where inter-modal containers are stacked one above the other. With the container boxes stacked two-high, a double-stack train can potentially double the capacity in a Single train run. This effectively allows the company to move boxes out of the port area at a faster velocity in each train run, thereby easing congestion.INDIA'S FIRST double-stack train was flagged off by former Minister of Railways Laloo Prasad Yadav on March 23 2006. Starting from the Kanakpura Inland Container Depot near Jaipur in Rajasthan, the train ran to the Arabian Sea port of Pipavav in Gujarat, a distance of 950 km. THE route was later extended up to Gurgaon in Haryana.Route followed by trains from NCR (Gurgaon) is Rewari ,Ringus, Phulera, Ajmer, Palanpur, Samakhiali, Gandhidham, Mundra Port and Pipavav Port.Train length is currently limited to 45 wagons by the length of passing loops, equivalent to 180TEUs. Maximum speed is 75 KPH. At present the service can only accepts 8ft 6in boxes.CONCOR : Container Corporation of India ltd.Location : Taj Nagar, Haryana State, Northern Railways.WATCH Train Videos in ULTRA HD 4K http://bit.ly/1PtZQu8Like us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/TheRailzone © The Rail Zone 2016

The fat controller feels that steam engines are too dirty and the passengers would appreciate a modern, clean and fast replacement, but things don't work out as he had hoped. Enjoy watching the extremely rare footage of Brand new Trucks being shipped on Rails. Ashok Leyland 1616il (Yellow) and U-Truck (White) , 64 Ashok Leyland Trucks moving Southwards on 32 Wagons. This is one of the cheapest ways to transport Automobiles using Railways which is much faster and safer compared to Road Transportation which would require several huge Trucks to load these. A regular service called Roll on – Roll off (RO-RO) is offered for transporting Loaded Trucks over Rails. Presently Konkan Railway is the only Zone offering such a Service in India . The service is available from Kolad (145 kms. from Mumbai), Verna (12 kms. from Madgaon) upto Surathkal (20 kms. from Mangalore) and vice-versa. There are plans to implement these Services in other parts of India soon. Benefits of RORO services : - RORO services save precious fuel for the nation. Speed of Ro-Ro train is fast enough as compared to movement by Road Terminal time of loading/unloading is just 15 to 20 minutes in Ro-Ro. Better turnaround of trucks. No risk of accidents. No wear and tear of trucks. Less pollution as trucks are not plying on the roads. No hassle of octroi, toll etc. Train : 17210 Kakinada Town - Bangalore City - Seshadri Express. Our intention was to capture this Unique Aerodynamic ALCo how ever we ended up capturing crazy activities at this halt Station along with the Train. It seems like the Indian Railways need to pay the Loco Pilots extra salary just for taking the extra effort to continuously honk shooing off these 2 legged creatures off the Tracks. A huge crowd of people causally moving around the tracks ignoring the honk of the approaching train and what was more stupid was those 3 Morons trying to act smart sitting intact on the tracks till the time the Train gets so close to them and they quickly get off making way like a Hero while another guy places his ears close to the rails to hear the Vibrating sound. Enjoy the crazy aggressive notch up action of this Unique ALCo blowing dust on those morons and starts to belch thick black smoke to resume back to its Max Speed. Train : 17235 Bangalore City - Nagercoil Express. Locomotive : Aerodynamic Alco Wdm3d 11121. Location : Belandur Road Railway Station. Karnataka. Is my train collection too large for my house? Nevermind, I already know the answer. The obvious next step will be to move the whole thing outdoors. This is a collection of G-scale model railroad trains from LGB and Piko. It starts with a LGB 25554 White Pass & Yukon Route Railroad diesel locomotive pulling freight cars. Next, there's a LGB 21576 Santa Fe diesel locomotive pulling passenger cars. Finally, a Piko 38212 AT&SF steam locomotive provides some pretty cool steam train sounds! I don't know what the deal is with the headlight on that locomotive... it seems to randomly go on and off. The operation of multiple trains on the same layout is made easy due to DCC - digital command control - which allows you to control each train individually. This includes changing speed and operating the horn and bell of each train. It's a fun hobby! What you see in this video was the way my train layout was in early 2015. About a year later, I still hadn't stepped up to an outdoor layout... but I came up with a much more elaborate layout for inside the house. Check it out at https://youtu.be/MMVZxWKB-Ls

Appreciate this mans presence of mind and the risk he took towards safely moving the animal off the tracks in spite of the fast approaching train. The consequences might have been really bad otherwise. WAP5 revisits Bangalore and this is the third time a WAP5 loco has visited the city and whats more special is it is a original Swiss made imported WAP5. WAP5 are extremely rare to spot in South India as they are homed at only 2 Electric Sheds in India firstly Ghaziabad ELS of Northern Railways and the second is Vadodara/ BRC ELS of Western Railways and none of these sheds cater their WAP5 Locomotives to the trains down south. The WAP5's came into service in the year 1995 and till date it is the fastest running Locomotive of Indian Railways with a Top permissible speed of 160 KPH. Presently the Gatimaan Express between Delhi and Agra runs at this speed. The first 11 locomotives were imported from ABB in Switzerland in 1995 post which Locomotives were produced in India by Chittarajan Locomotive Workshop. The loco in the footage is the 10th and the second last imported WAP5 from ABB. Train : 12007 / 12008 Chennai - Mysuru - Chennai ~Shatabdi Express. Loco : Northern Railways WAP-5 30009 Ghaziabad (GZB) . Location : Bangalore East & White Field. I love Thomas the Tank Engine's toys. Today, a railway toy that speaks words. Keihan Electric Train 10000 Series Thomas & Friends Railway & Tayo I play with railroad crossing turning course etc. Tayo's light blue bus is also cute. Thomas the Tank Engine Plarail series has many kinds of toys. I like buses such as yellow, green, and red that were in Tayo Bus. Let's play happily with Thomas the Tank Engine and Toy's toy.
