Nestačí posilovat pouze tím způsobem, že půjdete ven a uděláte pár věcí z tohoto videa a to ještě ne úplně nejlepším způsobem. Musíte si vybrat každý den nějaké určité cviky a jít a dělat to buď to na opakování a série anebo do vyčerpání a do poslední kapky potu - například 3x až 5x denně. Rozvíjet své pohybové schopnosti není špatné, naopak potom se vám to začne i líbit a budete v tom pokračovat s velkým cílem - vypadat skvěle! ENG: Lately my people have written often enough, as I made the video would probably be strengthened before they start with their parkour training and even during your training. I decided to satisfy their wishes and I shot over seven minutes parkour workout. It is clear in advance that beginners all the exercises that are in the video seem to fail, but that does not mean you should not test exercises. After some time you will see improvement in testing and then you do the exercise without any problems - it takes time and effort. How often should strengthen? It is the most common question. It is not enough merely to strengthen the way that you go out and do a few things from this video and it still not exactly the best way. You can choose every day some certain exercises and go and do it either on a series of repetitions or to fatigue and the last drop of sweat - for example, 3 to 5 times a day. Over time you will see that the boundaries move and lasting longer and get tired more slowly. What does it mean? It's just that you have to add to the intensity of training and work hard on each other even more. Before any appreciation you should have a quick dynamic warm-up or stretching to prevent injuries. This video I have made for people who still just hanging out at the computer (not a few), I want to show them how they could implement and improve their understanding of their body. Develop their skills is not bad, on the contrary then you will start to like it and will continue to do so with a great view - look great! ----------- like my facebook fan-page: https://www.facebook.com/parkourbytary my team's website: http://www.urbansense.cz/ my team's youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/UrbanSenseTeam ----------- songs from the video: 1.)
