Description: This is a short Parkour conditioning video I made to help out some friends of mine that wanna get into the sport, but don't feel like they are strong enough. It's aimed more towards the beginner, but it's a workout that can be used by anyone just to build a basic strength level, or by experienced people just as a warm up before serious training.Note: For time reasons parts are sped up and I did not do all the reps, but the correct number is listed.Song: Telepopmusik- Just Breathe (NO COPYRIGHT INTENDED)

READ THE DESCRIPTION This is a video to give anyone that's interested in bodyweight training some ideas, and exercises to mix into their training. I use this workout as strength training for Parkour but it can be custom fitted to anyones particular goals. This is not meant to be an instructional video exactly, just a video to give you ideas of what kinds of exercises are good, but if anyone has any questions leave them as a comment below and I will reply to you asap. Rozhodl jsem se jejich přání vyhovět a natočil jsem přes sedm minut parkourového posilování. Je předem jasné, že začátečníci všechny cviky, co jsou ve videu nezvládnou, ovšem to neznamená, že by ty cviky neměli zkoušet. Po čase zkoušení uvidíte zlepšení a potom začnete daný cvik dělat bez problémů - chce to čas a úsilí. Jak často by se mělo posilovat? To je nejčastější otázka. Nestačí posilovat pouze tím způsobem, že půjdete ven a uděláte pár věcí z tohoto videa a to ještě ne úplně nejlepším způsobem. Musíte si vybrat každý den nějaké určité cviky a jít a dělat to buď to na opakování a série anebo do vyčerpání a do poslední kapky potu - například 3x až 5x denně. Postupem času uvidíte, že si hranice posouváte a vydržíte déle a unavíte se pomaleji. Co to znamená? Jenom to, že musíte přidat na intenzitě tréninku a makat na sobě ještě víc. Před každým posilováním byste si měli dát rychlý dynamický strečink nebo rozcvičku, abyste předešli zraněním. Toto video jsem také natočil kvůli lidem, co pořád jenom vysedávají u počítače(není jich málo), chci jím ukázat, jak by se mohli realizovat a zdokonalit se v chápání svého těla. Rozvíjet své pohybové schopnosti není špatné, naopak potom se vám to začne i líbit a budete v tom pokračovat s velkým cílem - vypadat skvěle!
