Description: A doctor performs surgery on the wrong baby. Little Nate was born happy and healthy. Not long after his birth, mom Jennifer Melton took him back to the hospital for a routine physical. A few hours later he was done. "There is no excuse on operating on the wrong baby, none," said Melton's attorney Clint Kelly. University medical center declined to comment specifically on what happened citing federal privacy regulations.
